Cheese Bites

In 1801, John Leland of Cheshire, Massachusetts, presented President Thomas Jefferson with the first recorded cheese ball, weighing 1,235 pounds and made from milk sourced from 900 cows.
Rolling it across the White House lawn, Leland showcased his patriotism and gratitude for religious freedom, proudly declaring its creation without the aid of slaves.
Fast forward to 1944, amidst wartime party restrictions, the smaller, more manageable cheese ball gained popularity.
Today, our Cheese Bites feature Mozzarella cheese wrapped in Coxinha potato dough, offering a delightful twist on this American favorite.

BBQ Bites

In the 17th century, a Dominican monastery is believed to have birthed the first BBQ sauce, following the Europeans' encounter with Caribbean natives smoking meat over wooden grills.
Fast forward to 1909, Georgia Barbeque Sauce Company of Atlanta introduced BBQ sauce commercially, swiftly capturing the American palate.
Our BBQ Bites feature finely shredded pork coated in a delightful smoky BBQ sauce, all encased in our Coxinha potato dough. A fusion of history and flavor awaits!

Tamale Bites

Tamale Bites: A Honduran Party Favorite

The concept of the tamale traces back to Mesoamerica between 8000 BC and 5000 BC, with the name derived from the Aztec language Nahuatl, signifying steamed cornmeal dough.
In Honduras, the unique rendition known as Nacatamales stands out for its larger size and diverse fillings of meats and vegetables.
Our Tamale Bites encapsulate this tradition, featuring authentic ingredients handed down through generations, encased in fried cornmeal dough for a flavorful experience.

Available in three different flavors:
Al Pastor (pork), Chicken, and Carne de Res (beef).

The Spaniards adapted and modified a Moorish Tuele recipe, adding sugar and cinnamon and called them Churros.
When the Churro arrived in the Americas, the Aztec added chocolate to the mix, and today we have a fantastic sweet treat that has won the palate and hearts of all the Americas.
We have two flavors of Churros: Churros with a filling from Italy called Nutella, and Churros with a filling from Argentina called Dulce de Leche.

Available in two different flavors:
